We are actively seeking a Business Analyst. This role is based in India.

Experience

• 6+ years as a business analyst in the service management or technology fields
• Experience managing several enhancement initiatives and/or projects simultaneously while working with diverse global remote teams with team sizes 25+
• Experience with assessing, analyzing and documenting complex requirements, identifying potential issues, and delivering appropriate solution(s)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies, a plus
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and convey opportunities for continuous improvement for process optimization that positively impacts the team/organization
  
  

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and managed services
• Proficient with service management systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Cherwell, Jira, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent, SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TEAMS, OneDrive, and OneNote
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results
• Must work autonomously, be a quick learner, and be accountable for owning assigned initiatives end-to-end from ideation/user story creation to post validation testing
• Ability to interact, collaborate and build and maintain healthy relationships with teammates, peers, clients, stakeholders and every level of leadership
• Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence others
