Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. - Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in conducting gap analysis and creating functional specifications. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
