Requirement Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of high-quality business solutions. The BA will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs from customer and technical solutions..

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate understanding.
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
• Create and maintain product documentation, such as BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.
• Assist in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes if required.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of business process documentation.
• Understanding of BPMS system.
• Can create figma screen. This is Good to have.
• Strong communication and engagement with customer.
• Can create UAT test cases and review the detail test cases and get agreement with customer.
• Can lead the UAT sessions with customer explaining the business flow.

• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing

• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
