Key Responsibilities
- Tool Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of business tools and software solutions.
- Conduct requirements analysis and gather business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary liaison for UK-based clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Track expenses and manage resource allocation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget utilization.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on tool implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in interacting with UK-based clients is highly desirable.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
