The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Your insights will play a crucial role in the documentation of business processes and workflows, ultimately shaping the solutions we provide.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to obtain necessary information for effective solutions.
• Create and maintain solution documentation such as Solution Documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
• Provide support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with the project management team to monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows.

• Domain knowledge in merchant acquiring business, payment gateways, digital payment solutions, and payment card industry regulations.
• Proficient in analyzing digital payment solution business processes, with at least 5+ years of experience in transaction processing, fraud detection, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for development and testing teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the payment card industry.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Experience in managing projects related to payment card systems implementation, upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the payment card industry.
