Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with over six years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to optimize processes and enhance productivity. This role requires expertise in wireframing, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop BRD and FRD to outline project scope and requirements clearly.
• Create wireframes to visually represent business concepts and workflows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in creating BRD, FRD, and wireframes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,044.59 - ₹60,087.81 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

• Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
