About The Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Your role will ensure that our technology solutions align with business goals and deliver real value to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional/technical specifications
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and flowcharts
- Work closely with product and tech teams during the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap discussions
- Coordinate with QA to define acceptance criteria and test cases
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure feature completeness
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
- Support internal tools and systems optimization projects (e.g., CRM, HRMS, ERP)
- Ensure data integrity and assist in dashboard/reporting requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or product-driven environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern web/mobile platforms
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, SQL (basic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS or B2B marketplaces
- Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with business process automation or ERP implementations
