Business Analyst

Overview

We're looking for a Business Analyst who's cut their teeth in a process-rich, corporate setting. You've seen how the big guys operate, understand the power of structure, and now you're itching to bring that discipline to a place where your ideas actually become reality, fast.

Pre and Post BA

You'll thrive here if you have:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, especially if it's from a larger, more structured organization.
• Experience in pre and post IT Industry
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Making excellent documentations like RFP's, BRD's and FRD's
• A strong analytical mind. You love breaking down problems and finding elegant solutions.
• Proficiency with the usual suspects: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude. We move fast, and so should you.

What you'll be doing (and rocking):

• Becoming our client whisperer: You'll dive deep with clients, truly understanding their needs and translating them into actionable insights for our tech and product teams.
• Architecting clarity: Turning fuzzy ideas into crystal-clear documentation and functional specs that our engineers can run with.
• Leading the charge: Confidently owning client discussions and internal stakeholder meetings.
• Bridging the gap: Being the vital link between business vision and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Injecting process perfection: You'll bring your corporate-level process maturity to our dynamic workflows, helping us scale smarter.
• Owning the narrative: Creating and maintaining critical project documentation, process flows, and performance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
