- Able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business owners.
- Understands how different functions interact — e.g., how product changes affect sales or how marketing campaigns tie back to user behavior.
- Tech background with a solid grasp of how digital systems and processes work.
- Excellent communication skills — both in presenting data and collaborating across functions.
