Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements. - Create detailed business requirement documents. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Experience in process improvement methodologies. - Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
