We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, uncover opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve processes and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges and improvement areas
• Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Support the development and rollout of business solutions
• Assist with project management and help drive key initiatives forward
• Conduct research and perform data analysis to inform strategies
• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with data tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
