Job Title: RPA Business Analyst
Experience: 1–4 Years (1–2 Years in RPA Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Business Analyst with 1–4 years of total experience, including 1–2 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, map existing business processes, and define efficient to-be solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in process walkthroughs and document high-level As-Is process flows with detailed keystroke mapping.
Analyze and validate existing business process documentation for compliance and improvement opportunities.
Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops with stakeholders to define, design, and configure automation solutions.
Document test procedures and UAT scenarios; support business teams during integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during daily RPA operations with prompt and practical solutions.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between customers, project teams, leadership, and administrative stakeholders.
Conduct workshops with client SMEs to understand complete process workflows.
Identify automation blockers, assess process feasibility for automation, and determine FTE benefits and effort estimates.
Present findings and to-be process designs to clients with clarity and precision.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and complete requirement handoff.
Continuously suggest improvements in existing processes and contribute to designing optimized automation solutions.
Required Skills:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools).
Strong knowledge of business process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance priorities effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Excel, Word, and RPA-specific documentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
RPA certification (e.g., UiPath BA Foundation, Automation Anywhere Analyst).
Experience in creating effort estimates and ROI calculations.
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
