Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Learn from our global group of teams how we currently on-board new members. Collect feedback to identify how our on-boarding process can be improved based on their experience.
- With this knowledge, design role-specific training curricula, including engaging videos, how to documents and other collateral required to get a new employees up to speed in their new role.
- Provide follow-up coaching and support. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
- Work closely across teams to help facilitate training and other administrative tasks.
- Speak and present effectively, as well as motivate large classrooms in the communication of complex topics.
- Maintain direct communication with other onboarding and training teams.
- Update and maintain project tracking documents and prioritize issues.
- Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Familiarity with learning and development (L&D) programs; experience with video production and training development for semi-technical roles.
- Passion for project management and an obsession with user experience.
- Self-starter, team player and self-motivated. Can work independently, use solid judgment and create “client-ready” deliverables.
- Ability to meet established deadlines and quality standards and to deliver fully on commitments.
- Great communicator, both written and verbally – ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- Can manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response and resolution times.
- Willingness to learn and lean-in is critical.
