- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in a related functional role
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Agile, JIRA
- Experience in User acceptance testing
