Ciklum is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team full-time in India.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Perform BA activities as per the established approach with little to no supervision
• Work with user, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Elicit requirements by engaging relevant stakeholders and selecting the most appropriate techniques based on the project context
• Specify User Stories / Use Cases according to best practices/established templates and assist with backlog management
• Create appropriate UML and/or BPMN diagrams and basic wireframes according to the product context/specifics
• Contribute and/or facilitate the Refinement and Sprint Review/ Showcase ceremonies
• Collaborate closely with the development team
• Contribute to the Sprint backlog: assist with scope definition, prioritization, and estimation
• Follow the established procedures related to CR management, perform Impact analysis

• Ability to carry out requirements elicitation by engaging relevant stakeholders and using the most appropriate techniques
• Proven ability to work with user, functional, and non-functional requirements using a defined approach in elicitation, modeling, decomposition, documentation, traceability, and change management
• Hands-on experience in creating User Stories / Use Cases as a part of the backlog management
• Practical experience with a basic set of UML, BPMN diagrams usage and basic wireframes creation
• Ability to support requirements quality and support traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Practical experience in BA tasks completion throughout the requirements life cycle with little to no supervision
• Proactive attitude to suggest improvements to the existing BA processes
• Sufficient knowledge of Business Analysis techniques
• Communication is a key. You speak and write in English fluently or at least at an upper-intermediate level.
• Accountable for the own scope of work and follow the “said and done” principle
• Proactive approach and strive for constant improvements
• Proven ability to work on own mastership and self-development constantly
  
  

Desirable

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end processing of medium-sized features within the Delivery phase of an ongoing project
• Sufficient knowledge to facilitate Agile ceremonies (in SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and contribution to DoR, DoD
• Technical Skills:
• Basic theoretical knowledge of architectural types and CI/CD concept
• Ability to perform simple database queries without assistance
• Basic theoretical knowledge of API, integrations, and data mappings concepts
