Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and help deliver effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Prepare functional documents, workflows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with development, design, and testing teams.
• Assist in preparing project documentation like SRS, BRD, and UAT reports.
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and reviews.
• Support in identifying process improvements and solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software domain.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with tools like MS Office, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Should have knowledge of AI tools and prompting.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile applications.
• Business Analysis certification (optional).
