Job Title: Business Analyst
Years of Experience: 8 to 15 years
Location: Chennai
Role Summary:
Analyze client business processes, identify gaps, and design system solutions. Configure software, train users, and communicate with stakeholders. Requires strong business analysis, customer management, finance knowledge, PL/SQL skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or contracting is a plus.
What will you do?
- Study and understand client business processes
- Identify pain points and conduct fit-gap analysis
- Define system requirements, design, and propose solutions.
- Configure the software and train client employees.
- Interact and communicate with users and management teams of clients
What skills required?
- Candidate should have sound business knowledge in customer management, customer engagement, PL/SQL, documentation, production support, business analysis, and finance.
- Experience in business analysis review, documentation, and process
improvements.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
Candidate with sound business (Trading & Distribution – FMCG / F&B, Manufacturing, Contracting, etc.) knowledge & finance understanding.
