About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our team at NGXP Technologies, Kochi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and project execution. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Agile and Waterfall).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry.
- Understanding of travel booking engines, GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), or OTA workflows.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping or digital transformation initiatives in the travel domain.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies.
