Job Description- Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and other methods to ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Examine data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will use this analysis to support the development of strategic initiatives and solutions.
• Create and document business process models that illustrate current workflows and future states. This helps in visualizing and optimizing business processes.
• Propose and design both technical and process solutions that address business needs and align with organizational objectives. This includes collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Effective communication is crucial to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions to support implementation and future reference.
• Assist in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver the expected outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, and other Data Analysis and Visualization tools) are preferable.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT, AI/ML, Embedded technologies and their applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non- technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT technologies and their applications is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
