About the Role As a Solution Delivery Agile Team Analyst, you will be key in delivering business value to our clients by embodying a Product First mindset and a commitment to continuous learning. Collaborating closely with your Agile Team, you'll help transform complex client business needs into clear, practical solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring consistent, quality delivery that makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate & Consult
- Work alongside the Agile Team Lead to align on team priorities during Program Increment (PI) and Sprint Planning.
- Engage directly with client and customer groups to understand core business goals and map them to product capabilities.
- Apply a proactive, curious mindset to uncover business needs and maintain a solution-focused approach.
- Identify and escalate blockers, dependencies, or risks beyond the Agile Team’s control.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while promoting Agile best practices and team alignment. Plan, Refine, & Deliver Solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and map them to product capabilities, identifying potential gaps and seeking guidance as needed.
- Translate Features into actionable, well-scoped Stories with defined acceptance criteria and use cases.
- Participate actively in estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Contribute to Sprint and System demos and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Learn and apply new product features to configure client-centric solutions. Grow, Learn, & Improve.
- Build domain knowledge in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Retirement to better support business needs.
- Continuously expand your understanding of our product suite and its application to client objectives.
- Develop strong consulting and communication skills to support client relationships and internal collaboration.
- Learn and contribute to issue and defect triage, prioritization, and resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile team environment, ideally in business analysis or solution delivery roles.
- Proven ability to translate client needs into clear documentation and practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Good to have experience in:
- Experience or knowledge of Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Retirement, or Financial Services domains.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Background in requirements gathering, product gap analysis, or defect management.
- Previous client-facing experience, particularly in a consulting capacity.
