Business Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst – IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver effective solutions.
• Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models as needed.
• Perform gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in existing systems.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and maintain traceability of requirements.
• Monitor and report project progress and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, or similar.
• Experience in creating BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,509.47 - ₹45,958.92 per month
