Business Analyst

Overview

We are a service-based IT company based in Mohali, delivering custom e‑commerce solutions for clients worldwide—focused primarily on Shopify but extending to web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into detailed BRDs and FRDs for Shopify and other e‑commerce projects
• Design user flows, wireframes, process diagrams, and MVP architectures to support developers and stakeholders
• Liaise between clients and technical teams to ensure functional solutions meet expectations .
• Manage change requests and backlog in Agile environments using tools like Jira & Confluence

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years as a BA in web or mobile services, preferably with Shopify/e‑commerce exposure
• Strong documentation proficiency: BRD/FRD, use cases, wireframes, flowcharts
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methods and tools like Jira, Confluence
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data‑reporting skills (Excel, dashboard tools)
• Excellent verbal and written English; adept at client-facing communication .
• Basic Shopify concepts (themes, apps,) are highly desirable
