• nsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fiel
• d.3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role in a technology-driven environmen
• t.Proven experience working on agile software development project
• s.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
• s.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audience
• s.Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office Suit
• e.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and data/AI solutions is a plu
• s.Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certifications are highly desirabl
