Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. We are on a journey to build a set of next gen data analytics dashboards that would enable effective decision-making for our business departments/ stakeholders and Management. You will help create a data-led culture that will put effective decision-making at the forefront and transform the way our organization operates. The ideal candidate should be able to take on a variety of tasks, from Conducting/ attending meetings and creating dashboards, Owning and Managing SOP & Templates, Process Analysis and documentation, User acceptance and Integration to ensuring execution of strategic initiatives, research, and marketing design.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing program plans and schedules. Reporting business to forecast and principles.
• Managing dashboards and resource allocation.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges.
• Maintaining and developing various standard operating process (SOP) as per business standards, Releasing the SOP, Training Team Members on SOP.
• Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts. Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Creating detailed requirements documentation and specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing of the Reporting and Analytics Dashboard to ensure accurate reporting and data analysis functionality. Supporting solution design, testing and implementation.
• Preparing reports, presentations and business cases (On-web & Off-web). Creation, updating and improving the Company Profile, Brochure, Presentations.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to understand requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for the dashboard.
• Identify, investigate, and report data mismatches and anomalies in the dashboards reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, new testing methodologies, and emerging trends in reporting and analytics tools.

Qualification:

UG: Any Graduate, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization (Preferred)

PG: Any Postgraduate, MBA/ PGDM (Preferred)

Preferred skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Additional responsibilities:

• Advanced MS suite skill (excel, word, ppt) & Google suite skill (sheet, form, doc).
• Strong analytical skill - able to draw actionable insights from data.
• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for research and analysis.
• Multitasking and prioritization ability.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
