Position: Business Analyst – Claims Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Management.

Experience: 4-6 years

Work Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in requirement gathering, writing BRD/FSD, data mining and segmentation techniques.

• Proven working experience as a Data / System business analyst.

Job Description

• The Claims Manager(CM) Analyst is responsible for building and supporting CM modules for Live and implementing customers.
• This role involves day-to-day maintenance of the CM system, enhancement build, and new implementation build
• The CM Analyst will collaborate with CDI, Coding, and revenue cycle users to address issues and improve edit solutions
• Need to play a vital role in Testing and go-live support
• Documentation and migration of build
• Collaborative problem-solving and solution design
• Communicate with requesters for additional information
• Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, build, testing, and go-live phases
• Provide implementation support for new practices and modules
• Engage with third parties for integrated workflow definition, build, test, and troubleshooting
• Work with end users and subject matter experts to address enhancement and optimization
