Roles and Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
Utilize your expertise in the banking domain to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations.
Leverage CRM experience to assist in the implementation and enhancement of CRM systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Participate in testing efforts, including test planning, test case creation, and test execution, to ensure the quality of software solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
Proven CRM experience, with a deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong background in testing methodologies and exposure to software testing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CRM certifications) are a plus.
