Overview
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Business and Development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate discussions to capture and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into well-defined User Stories, incorporating diagrams and technical specifications for the Dev team.
- Create and maintain clear and structured documentation to support communication across teams.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate requirements and ensure quality outcomes.
- Support backlog management, ensuring priority alignment between business needs and technical execution.
- Collaborate in analyzing workflows to identify and address technical and user experience gaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business processes and willingness to learn US property and auto insurance industry
- Proficiency in software documentation tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Familiarity with SaaS software systems and platforms
- Experience with greenfield development a plus
