Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 12 years of hands-on experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

- Interact with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
- Create, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate the delivered solution meets business expectations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, as required.
- Support product managers and senior analysts in project planning and requirement traceability.
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
