Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in business analysis and project management. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project timelines, and support the delivery of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Support project planning and execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Create process flows, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
