Overview
As a Business Development Executive (Client Relations), your core responsibility is to stay close to the client through digital channels – email, calls, and video meetings – to ensure they are satisfied and supported. The goal is simple: make sure our clients are happy, feel heard, and enjoy working with us. This is a relationship-first role where empathy and consistency matter more than numbers.
What You’ll Do (Online):
- Stay in regular contact with clients through email, Zoom, and WhatsApp/business calls
- Build friendly, professional relationships with clients based on trust and helpfulness
- Understand their expectations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
- Monitor satisfaction and follow up to make sure everything is going well
- Address concerns gently and help resolve small issues efficiently
- Maintain documentation of client feedback and communication history
- Share useful updates or information without promoting or selling
What We’re Looking For:
- Naturally friendly and empathetic personality
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comfortable using email, Zoom, and messaging tools
- Patient listener who loves helping people
- Basic coordination and follow-up skills
- Prior client support experience (optional)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
