Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the blockchain, AI, and crypto ecosystems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technical team and market demands, contributing to both product strategy and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of crypto, blockchain, and AI trends.
• Identify business opportunities across Web3, Solana, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Translate market needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to define roadmap and features.
• Support product positioning, GTM (go-to-market) strategy, and user journeys.
• Analyze competitor products, tokenomics models, and user feedback loops.
• Drive business growth through partnerships, user adoption, and feedback.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business intelligence for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Blockchain, Crypto, or AI products.
• Strong understanding of Solana, Ethereum, tokenomics, NFTs, LLMs, and crypto user behavior.
• Knowledge of market trends in DeFi, Web3 tools, dApps, wallets, and crypto communities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in product marketing, sales strategy, or crypto community growth is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
