Overview
Experience: 6 – 8 years (B2)Key responsibilities:
- Document end-to-end business processes and systems used within healthcare payer ecosystem
- Define Acceptance criteria for critical business processes.
- Support QA teams in defining the Test scenarios in developing in regression test suites.
- Manage knowledge repository and drive learning programs for new members of the team.Skills/Expertise needed:
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer ecosystem such as Members enrolment, Claims, Billing, Clinical, Grievances etc
- Strong understanding of US healthcare payer market such as Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plans etc.
- Must have worked in the role of BA/SME for at least 3 years for any major US based Healthcare payers.
- Experience of using tools such as Project management tools (such as Jira/AzureDevOps ) and documentation management (Confluence/ADO Wiki/Sharepoint).3 must havesBA - US healthcare: 4/5SME: 4/5Project management/Document Management tools usage: 3/5
