Overview
Position: Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid, 6 months)
Experience: 9–13 years
Notice Period: 0–30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare provider systems including EMR/EHR, HIS, patient engagement platforms, and value-based care. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/RPA transformation programs and act as a strategic link between business and IT teams.
Key Requirements:
- Deep domain knowledge in EMR, HIS, RCM, and clinical workflows
- Proven experience in AI/RPA-based healthcare projects
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills
- Agile methodology experience; tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Preferred: CBAP/CSPO certification, FHIR/HL7 knowledge
