Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement identity management solutions that align with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sailpoint IdentityIQ ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures related to identity management.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in identity management practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on identity management processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with existing systems.
- Lead efforts to enhance security measures and protect sensitive information within the organization.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve identity management processes and recommend solutions to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to identity management and data protection.
- Support project management activities by providing insights and recommendations based on business analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of identity management processes driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Possess a strong understanding of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and its application in business environments.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience in conducting audits and assessments related to identity management.
- Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.
- Display the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
- Understand industry regulations and compliance requirements related to identity management.
