Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Participate in meetings, document minutes, and track project progress.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or basic project management concepts.
