This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize operations. Daily tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and creating reports. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met and project goals are achieved.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis
• Proficient in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Business Process optimization techniques
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
