This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and developing business solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights. Additionally, the Business Analyst will create detailed documentation, conduct data analysis, and support project management activities.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
• Experience in Business Process design and optimization
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
