Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Insights
- Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability drivers across multiple business verticals.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new services, technology investments, and business expansion opportunities.
- Develop business models, pricing frameworks, and ROI analyses to guide decision-making.
- Advise leadership on investment, scaling, and optimization opportunities to maximize returns.
- Identify high-growth opportunities and design scalable, financially viable solutions.
- Partner with business heads to align vertical-level strategy with overall organizational goals.
- Create dashboards and scorecards to track business unit profitability, margins, and utilization.
- Benchmark financial and operational performance against industry standards.
- Highlight risks, inefficiencies, and underperforming areas while recommending corrective measures.
- Collaborate with business leaders, operations, and technology teams to translate financial insights into business solutions.
- Support decision-making for digital platforms, product enhancements, and client solutions with a financial lens.
- Deliver clear presentations and reports for leadership and board-level discussions.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business/Financial Analysis, Strategy, or Corporate Finance, preferably within consulting, professional services, or HR Tech domains.
- Education: MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / Semi-qualified CA / or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing strategies, and business modeling.
- Prior exposure to an HR Consulting or Professional Services environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel mandatory), Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate numbers into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
