Job Description
- Work closely with the Operations Head to understand requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations and project plans.
- Responsible for analyzing data, identifying business trends, and providing insights that enable informed decision-making.
- bridging the gap between business needs and organizational technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical and analytical tools to extract meaningful information.
- Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create process flowcharts and diagrams to visualize workflows.
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Make recommendations for business process enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- MBA/MHA, Data Management, MIS or a related field // 2-3 yrs of experience in relevant field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with project management concepts is a plus.
