Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive strategic outcomes.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis and modeling.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to understand project goals and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Create detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and wireframes.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Track and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
• Assist in change management and user training initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 3+ years of experience in managing non-production environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
