Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering data-driven solutions to help achieve strategic goals. The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, etc.).

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and operations.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvements.

• Support the development of business cases, project plans, and ROI analysis.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and define scope.

• Assist in system and UAT testing by creating test cases, validating outputs, and tracking issues.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation. • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).

• Domain knowledge in [Finance / Healthcare / E-commerce / Banking / Technology, etc.].

• Exposure to SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), or data analytics is a plus
