Objectives of this Role

We are recruiting a Business Analyst to support our client operations. You will participate in problem framing, translating business questions into data requirements, and executing analyses in collaboration with client teams and senior stakeholders. Our Business Analysts are the eyes and ears of data across our engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and research methodologies.

• Work closely with consultants to derive meaningful insights from analysis for senior clients.

• Prepare, analyze, and summarize weekly, monthly, and periodic reports for key stakeholders.

• Conduct the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from requirements gathering to execution.

• Evaluate key performance indicators, create ongoing reports, and recommend updates to business plans.

• Support data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Basic analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting large datasets.

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
