About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to understand business needs, convert them into detailed requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other project documentation.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, clarify doubts, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate with QA teams for test case review, UAT, and ensuring requirement coverage.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather updates, share feedback, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare wireframes, flowcharts, and process diagrams (Figma/Balsamiq/Draw.io preferred).
• Good understanding of software and web application workflows.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
