9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain.
Strong expertise in business systems analysis and requirements elicitation techniques.
Solid understanding of project management lifecycles and large-scale project delivery.
Ability to work independently on complex tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of banking processes, especially risk management systems.
Hands-on experience with:
SQL and SAS for data analysis
Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.
Ability to translate business and data analysis outcomes into commercially viable solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and solution validation.
Exposure to solution design and systems analysis for IT implementations.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
