Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our clients and delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptional at understanding business problems, running scrum ceremonies, translating requirements into clear documentation, and ensuring smooth execution across cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with clients, product owners, engineering, and QA teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, properly documented, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and priorities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Lead and manage scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Conduct detailed business and process analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Translate client needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for development teams
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation
- Manage and refine the product or project backlog in tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation
- Track sprint progress, dependencies, and risks, and proactively resolve blockers
- Analyze client and system data to generate insights and improvement opportunities
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow efficiency within client environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software-driven environment
- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum-based delivery models
- Strong hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Excellent ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile and project management tools
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience working directly with clients and delivery teams
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or acting as a Scrum Master
- Exposure to CRM, workflow automation, or PowerApps-based solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and QA
- Background in delivering enterprise or SaaS solutions**
