Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across product, strategy, marketing, and go-to-market functions. This is an internally focused role centered on analysis, research, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct client engagement.

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong learning agility who can translate data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• • Perform quantitative analysis on structured and unstructured datasets
  • Build and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
    

• • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Synthesize research into clear business insights
  • Support planning and prioritization with fact-based recommendations
    

• • Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
  • Translate complex analysis into concise presentations and summaries
  • Deliver data-backed insights to leadership teams
    

• • Break down ambiguous business problems into structured approaches
  • Partner with product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams
  • Gather requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
    

• • Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, macros)
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, and automation
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, business cases, or opportunity sizing
  • Process improvement mindset
    

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Strategy (preferred)
    

• • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, strategy, or operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration ability
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and outcomes-focused mindset
    

• • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA
  • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
  • Certification in Business Analytics / Data Analytics
  • Microsoft Excel Expert Certification
  • Power BI / Tableau Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
  • Agile / Scrum Certification (CSM or equivalent)
