Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 2 years of experience to bridge the gap between our business teams and technical solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements. The ideal candidate thrives on turning complex data into insights and ensuring that our project deliveries align perfectly with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements using user stories, use cases, and process workflows.

Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized "to-be" workflows to improve operational productivity.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business units, product management, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project scopes.

UAT & Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that the final technical deliverables meet the documented business requirements.
