Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, testing support, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional documentation
• Coordinate with development and testing teams for project execution
• Perform quality assurance and support software deployment activities
• Create reports and provide business insights through data analysis
• Identify system issues and recommend process improvements
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis
• Experience in documentation and process mapping
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
