Business Analyst Assistant - Internship

Overview

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Watching assigned meeting recordings and making comprehensible meeting minutes out of them
2. Scraping and organizing key information shared by leaders and the founder from Discord chats, and presenting it in a well-structured format on Notion pages
3. Assembling the content under the headings of the templates on the task overview in Notion
4. Utilizing ChatGPT to refine the content and make it more presentable
5. Creating the working documents for the teams
6. Adding hyperlinks and working on the aesthetics of the content
7. Refining the notion of pages as the task starts to finish
8. Assisting the leaders in keeping the notion pages up to date
9. Giving feedback to the teams and stepping into leadership positions when the time comes
10. Creating the files needed for the teams to work
11. Ensuring work as a team and giving your best to meet the daily average and weekly requirements set by the account manager
12. Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to the leadership team
13. Working on additional responsibilities based on business requirements
14. All work and communication must be documented, and your daily progress must be strictly updated by the end of the day
