We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (BA) cum Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst cum Scrum Master to support a full-stack engineering team building enterprise-grade financial applications. The ideal candidate combines strong requirements analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery. Experience working with teams using Angular front-end, Java/Spring Boot microservices, and Camunda workflow automation would be good to have.

Business Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and technology teams to analyze business needs for financial workflows and digital applications.
• Gather, document, and validate ** functional requirements**, non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Translate complex financial rules, compliance constraints, and operational processes into clear technical specifications.
• Create AS-IS / TO-BE business process maps and workflow models, especially for BPM solutions in Camunda.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end alignment on product features.
• Support backlog refinement and provide clarity to developers and QA engineers.
  
  

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments for the team by coordinating with internal and external groups.
• Track sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Promote continuous improvement, team collaboration, and Agile best practices.
• Help the team maintain high delivery quality, velocity, and predictability.
• Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and self-organization.
  
  

• Understand how features integrate across Angular UI, Java/Spring Boot services, and Camunda workflows.
• Support solution discussions, API contract clarifications, integration flows, and data mapping.
• Work with architects to validate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with enterprise design patterns.
• Liaise with QA for test planning, scenario definition, and UAT support.
